The educational development process, essential axis of the current cuban educational quality
Keywords:
proceso educativo, desarrolladorAbstract

The methods and techniques used by the author were: the historical-logical; analysis-synthesis; documentary analysis; system approach; deduction-induction; observation, survey and interview. The results obtained refer to the theoretical-methodological systematization of the object of study; scientific dissertations; completion of tasks in educational projects; development of teaching materials for training and improvement courses; publication of books, tabloids and brochures; an operational definition of the concept that is assumed of this type of process and its operationalization to facilitate understanding, due to its importance and complexity for the professional performance of educators. Finally, some considerations are proposed that support the developmental nature of the educational process, as an essential condition for obtaining the educational quality required in this century.
