La calidad de la educación sanitaria depende en gran medida del desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas en el desempeño profesional del enfermero docente asistencial. Sin embargo contradictoriamente en la práctica se obstaculiza por la presencia de: abuso de los medios no verbales; uso inadecuado de la intensidad de la voz; insuficiente dialogo y la prevalencia del ordeno y mando. Mediante un sistema de Talleres de Superación sobre habilidades comunicativas para la educación sanitaria en el desempeño profesional del enfermero docente asistencial se complementaron los conocimientos sobre el tema, lo que permitió el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional al lograr una adecuada relación interpersonal enfermero-paciente-cuidadores y equipo de trabajo.
Abstract:
The quality of the sanitary education depends in great measure of the development of the talkative abilities in the assistance educational male nurse professional acting. However contradictorily in the practice it is blocked by the presence of: I abuse of the non verbal means; I use inadequate of the intensity of the voice; insufficient I dialogue and the prevalence of the I order and I send, among others. By means of a system of Shops of Progression it has more than enough talkative abilities for the sanitary education in the assistance educational male nurse acting professional the knowledge they were supplemented on the topic, what allowed the improvement from the acting professional when achieving an appropriate relationship interpersonal male nurse-patient-caretakers and work team.
