Abstract:
The school must be an institution open to diversity, which is responsible for ensuring a quality education for all its students, despite their differences; so that the Cuban National Education System is based on the humanist conception and the socio-historical-cultural approach, which prioritizes the education of all schoolchildren from their own individual potentialities, taking into account the difficulties they may have in the different spheres of personality. The Special Teaching is not out of this, so it is intended that children and adolescents are educated in a natural and socializing as possible, where the teacher, educational conditions and the school group itself, perform an effective mediating function and facilitator of development, adjusting to the needs of each student that requires training and multilateral harmonious development.
The teaching of the Mother Tongue has been nuanced by an inappropriate vision of the way in which children with special educational needs learn to understand, analyze and construct texts and what the teacher can do to support the development of their skills, not only in the achievement of communicative competence, but also in the prevention of deviations from communication; so education today have to activate the teaching-learning process in any subject and computer science becomes an important resource to enrich the actions of teachers.
