La orientación profesional en sus diferentes modalidades la podemos considerar como un instrumento para el conocimiento humano, porque se fundamenta en el principio de que todos necesitan ayuda de orientación hacia una profesión. La elección de la profesión es una preocupación social de la familia, la escuela y del educador. Existen dificultades para realizar el trabajo de orientación profesional, por ello el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: diseñar una estrategia para la orientación profesional pedagógica en la Secundaria Básica Bernardo Domínguez, en el municipio Plaza de la Revolución. La estrategia está estructurada en cuatro fases: diagnóstico, planificación, ejecución de las acciones de la estrategia y evaluación. Los resultados que arrojó la constatación de la estrategia de orientación profesional pedagógica, evidencian el incremento de las cifras de ingreso a las Escuelas Pedagógicas.
Abstract:
The professional orientation in its different modalities can be considered as an instrument for human knowledge, because it is based on the principle that everyone needs help in orientation towards a profession. The choice of profession is a social concern of the family, the school and the educator. There are difficulties to carry out the work of professional orientation, the present work has as objective: to design a strategy for the pedagogical professional orientation in the basic secondary Bernardo Domínguez, in the municipality Plaza de la Revolución. The strategy is structured in four phases: diagnosis, planning, execution of the actions of the strategy and evaluation. The results of the observation of the strategy of pedagogical professional orientation, show the increase of the entry figures to the Pedagogical Schools.
